Approaching the Entrance to Broga's Palace (508,1810), make a right and follow the wall. You will enter an area with the Datacron on a hill off to the left. Start at (569, -179) on top of the hill.

Head to the pipe shown above (see above map). Jump up on to the ledge above the pipe and head to the right until you reach the ledge shown here. Jump down and follow the fence until you find a break.
